The system operated alongside operational software such as RosterLIve for rostering and workforce management, CrimCheck for online police checks, and MANAD for clinical documentation, while Microsoft Access databases were maintained for supplemental resident and staff datasets. The finance workflows incorporated processing of Department of Health and Ageing documentation for daily care fees, means tested fees and accommodation charges, and linked invoicing outputs to electronic direct credit processing.
