The implementation aligned Workday Employee Relations with ongoing HR operations and Total Rewards workflows to ensure consistent handling of employee relations cases across the organization.
Governance and rollout were executed to support a compressed timeline, achieving go live in six months, with centralized process ownership in HR Operations and Total Rewards and governance routed through the HR Technology function. The program also identified cost savings during consolidation while shifting administrative processes and governance to the centralized platform.
