In 2018, Eder Flags implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial platform to replace nearly 20 years on Microsoft Dynamics GP. Clients First Business Solutions led the implementation, acting as a partner that onboarded quickly, learned the manufacturer’s processes, and delivered a production-ready Acumatica Cloud ERP instance for the company.
The Acumatica Cloud ERP deployment focused on core ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and accounting workflows aligned with manufacturing transaction flows. Configuration work addressed inventory control and order-to-cash sequencing consistent with manufacturing and distribution needs, and the implementation emphasized financial posting rules, multi-entity accounting where applicable, and transaction traceability.
Clients First Business Solutions collaborated directly with Eder Flags finance and operations stakeholders to configure business rules and user roles, and to translate shop floor and sales processes into Acumatica workflows. The rollout covered operational finance and order processing functions for the manufacturer, with CFBS providing hands-on support during initial go-live and the first month of production.
Post-implementation feedback from Eder Flags reported a successful first month on Acumatica Cloud ERP, with the client noting that the implementation ‘‘is going great’’ and praising the CFBS team for delivering a solution that fits their business.
