The HR Services team maintained ownership of visa sponsorship processes and sponsorship license administration through workflow and recordkeeping in the system, and IRIS CascadeHR supported audit readiness for ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO14001 evidence requirements.
Governance changes included creation of a compliance procedure and reporting schedule, service level agreement and performance metrics to measure delivery against KPIs, and accountability for cyclical activities such as benefit reviews, salary reviews and data cleanses. Group policy work in 2018 resulted in an updated policy set that was published and adopted, and operational budget management for HR Services remained a stated responsibility aligned to ongoing Cascade configuration and use.
