In 2015 EnablePath deployed Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial system. The implementation centralized core financial systems for the 120 person US-based media company and established Oracle NetSuite ERP as the ERP Financial backbone for finance and accounting functions.
The implementation focused on standard ERP Financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and revenue management, cash management and financial reporting, configured to a consolidated chart of accounts and automated invoice and approval workflows. Configuration work emphasized role based access controls, period close sequencing and electronic billing to standardize accounting and revenue processes across the organization.
Architecturally the deployment used Oracle NetSuite ERP cloud SaaS delivery to provision a single, centrally managed financial instance for EnablePath, with governance layered around centralized financial controls, monthly close orchestration and policy driven user permissions. Operational scope was primarily the finance and accounting organization, with configuration and process changes intended to support billing, procurement related financial flows and revenue operations within EnablePath's United States operations.
