Operational coverage extended across accounts payable, accounts receivable monitoring tasks, cash flow preparation, maintenance of the creditors ledger, and management of a BNZ bank account and its reconciliations. Governance and process changes emphasized monthly allocation of company credit card expenses through FlexiPurchase, exception reporting management, and support for external audit processes. The solution was embedded into existing AP workflows for supplier statement reconciliation, preparation of contractor payments, FX deal monitoring for settlement, fixed assets register maintenance, and assistance with BAS and PAYG processes.
