Governance and rollout activities combined a remote support model with onsite travel to newly acquired plants to integrate systems into the corporate JD Edwards ERP solution. Responsibilities documented in operations included user account provisioning and maintenance, support ticket triage for JD Edwards issues, endpoint security client lifecycle management, DHCP reservation governance, and coordinated testing and maintenance windows for application updates.
