In 2022 Enovis implemented RadiusOne AR Suite from HighRadius for AR Automation. The RadiusOne AR Suite is deployed to centralize Enovis accounts receivable operations, providing invoice presentment, automated collections orchestration, cash application workflows, and dispute management to support finance and accounts receivable business functions.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Enovis implemented Workday Absence Management as its Absence and Leave Management solution to centralize leave processing within HR operations. The Workday Absence Management deployment sits within the broader Workday estate at Enovis, with the HRIS team, HR Business Partners, and Center of Excellence groups identified as primary operational owners and escalation points for policy and configuration queries.
Configuration work focused on architecting absence plans, leave types, accrual rules, eligibility conditions, notifications, and validation rules, together with business processes for request submission, approvals, and exceptions. The HRIS team built and maintained calculated fields, custom reports and dashboards, and EIB templates to support automated data exchange and auditability, while driving test scenario definitions and execution for each configuration change.
Integration scope explicitly included Workday Time Tracking, Workday Payroll, and Workday HCM to preserve time-to-pay continuity and employee record consistency, and the HRIS function also provided operational linkages to Recruiting, Learning, and Help modules for downstream HR workflows. Enovis partnered with third party vendors for Workday support to research and resolve complex issues, coordinate fixes, and apply updates during Workday upgrade cycles.
Governance and operational controls emphasized a defined testing strategy, documented configuration and process changes, monitoring of workflow and audit trails for accuracy and security, and structured change management to enable process improvements. Ongoing responsibilities included Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, break fix resolution, continuous configuration maintenance, and coordination between functional and technical staff for upgrades and process documentation.

| Computers Unlimited | Legacy | TIMS Medical ERP | Medical Practice Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023, Enovis implemented TIMS Medical ERP supplied by Computers Unlimited as a focused deployment within its Revenue Cycle Management organization. The TIMS Medical ERP deployment was positioned in the Medical Practice Management category to centralize billing and collections workflows for Enovis operations based at its Lewisville Texas Dallas headquarters, supporting a hybrid in office and remote staffing model for billing personnel.
Configuration emphasized core revenue cycle modules including claims submission and adjudication, accounts receivable management, denial posting and appeals, charge revisions and adjustments, payment posting, and audit documentation. TIMS Medical ERP was configured to capture and log detailed case activity, correspondence, and scheduled follow up intervals to support collections, dispute resolution, and timely resubmission of invoices.
Operational integration focused on payer claim channels and insurer communication workflows, and linkage to Enovis internal case documentation repositories to maintain completeness of account histories. The system is used primarily by the Revenue Cycle Management department where Billing and Collections Specialists execute claims follow up, post insurance denials, document corrective actions, and manage telephone and written insurer engagement.
Governance for the rollout codified adherence to the Enovis Compliance and Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, HIPAA privacy and security standards, OIG and applicable government regulations, and the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, with processes for audit evidence capture and timely submission. Role level responsibilities and workflow rules were established to enforce ownership of claims through resolution, timely posting of denials, and consistent documentation of actions taken to resolve outstanding claims issues.
