Implementation scope covered corporate headquarters and extended operational support for 83 radio stations in 20 states, addressing HR, employee benefits administration, payroll oversight for more than 2000 employees, tax filings and audit coordination. Functional coverage emphasized core ERP Financial capabilities such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting to consolidate station-level transactions into corporate accounts.
Microsoft Dynamics SL was configured to integrate with existing payroll and accounting tools explicitly referenced in operational records, including ADP/HR Profile for payroll processing and Solomon Accounting Software for accounting data exchange, while corporate accountants and outside auditors continued to participate in reconciliation and audit workflows. Integration effort centered on transactional interfaces, payroll tax filing handoffs and alignment of chart of accounts to support operations across multiple sites.
Operational governance combined centralized finance ownership at corporate headquarters with site-level payroll procedures and documented controls developed by HR and payroll leadership, including standardized payroll processing guidelines, benefits enrollment coordination, union dues and health and welfare remittance processes, and compliance checks for government filings and EEO hiring.
