isEazy Legacy isEazy Author Content Management Content Management n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, ESCP Business School implemented isEazy Author to accelerate production of high-quality e-learning and boost learner engagement across its European campuses. The deployment concentrated on the Executive Education & Business Solutions team and positioned isEazy Author as the central Content Management tool for course creation, enabling collaborative, autonomous course development by program owners and instructional designers within that business function. Governance was restructured to support decentralized authoring with role-based editorial controls and approval checkpoints inside the Executive Education & Business Solutions team, and the rollout covered course design and production processes across ESCP campuses in Europe. The project increased the team's content production efficiency and enabled collaborative, autonomous course creation within the department, while also aiming to improve learner engagement through more consistent, higher-quality e-learning content.

Eudonet Legacy Eudonet Enterprise CRM CRM CRM n/a 2022 2023
In 2022 ESCP Business School implemented Eudonet Enterprise CRM to centralise student, admissions and alumni data across its six European campuses. The deployment used Eudonet Enterprise CRM within the CRM category to establish a unified contact model, support candidate tracking, and strengthen alumni engagement workflows. Configuration focused on admissions pipeline management, alumni relationship management, marketing scoring, and generative-AI assisted automation to accelerate routine processes.
