The POS system is deployed against a single, centrally hosted database shared across all countries, enabling central data entry and consistent master data across sites. Integrations explicitly include the chain s mobile app and the business intelligence system, creating a connected operational layer between in-store sales, digital ordering channels, and analytics. Operational governance emphasizes centralized configuration and continuous product development, the system being described as a vital part of Espresso House s full scale business system and under constant development to align with business and technology changes.
