Integration architecture was built to automate order to cash and supplier invoicing flows between SAP financial modules and trading partners, and an Integration Architect role is documented for the SAP ECC to GXS Tradacoms work.
Operational scope covered finance and cross functional transaction touchpoints with EDI driven trading partner exchanges, requiring governance over financial master data, invoice validation rules and transactional controls. The rollout emphasized finance process standardization and integration governance to maintain consistency between SAP ECC financial records and external EDI transactions.

Operational governance shifted to platform-centric HR workflows, standardizing onboarding, learning assignments and performance review cycles to enable consistent process execution across business functions. The phased deployment approach, with core modules live in 2023 and further capabilities in 2024, supports incremental adoption and governance refinement as the system is embedded.
Eurocell reports that using the new HR information system has enabled reduced time-to-hire and recruitment cost savings through the digital recruiting capabilities. Looking forward, the Access PeopleXD implementation will allow Eurocell to better track and report people-related metrics, including training data, to support activities under its People First strategic pillar.
