In 2024, EVN partnered with OverIT to deploy OverIT Nextgen FSM as its Field Service Management platform to consolidate maintenance, inspection and outage processes across Austria, Bulgaria and North Macedonia. The implementation targets field operations and asset management across the EMEA region, aligning operational accountability for scheduled maintenance, inspections and outage response under a single application.

Operational coverage is focused on field operations and asset management groups in EVN, with the rollout concentrating on grid maintenance and outage handling in the three named countries. The deployment emphasizes unified process definitions and digital handoffs between dispatch, field crews and asset planners, ensuring consistent execution of inspections and corrective maintenance across sites.
