Architecturally the project established a centralized SAP ERP ECC 6.0 instance to consolidate master data and transactional records, enabling consistent material master, BOM and financial master structures across manufacturing, quality, commercial and finance functions. Governance workstream activity focused on chart of accounts design, controlling structures and master data stewardship to align operational processes with statutory finance and quality control requirements.

Governance and rollout emphasized staged cutovers per functional area, integrated testing across PP, QM, MM, SD, CO and FI, and validation of planning runs and scheduling scenarios to support Advanced Planning and Scheduling use cases.
