In 2023, Famar implemented DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution on its public website. The deployment embeds DocuSign eSignature to enable external users to complete legally binding signatures and capture consent directly through web based signing flows.
Functionally the DocuSign eSignature implementation provides signature capture, tamper evident audit trails, and authentication controls aligned with Digital Signing use cases, and is configured to present documents and capture signer metadata during web interactions. Operational scope is the corporate external facing website, enabling digital signature workflows for customer and partner facing processes, with integration points focused on web form and document presentation layers.
