Operational scope spans all management and administrative staff across Farnek UAE offices, with a planned onboarding of over 8,000 employees to the Infinigent HCM cloud. Governance and process changes emphasize increased self service, workflow automation, and simplified user experience to improve adoption among managers and employees. Stated outcomes include maximum mobility in accessing employee information and documentation, reliable real time payroll information, a single source of HR information, and a more sustainable paperless environment through elimination of printing and scanning. The program explicitly targets higher process automation and expanded self service as part of the Core HR modernization.
