In 2025 Fci deployed Dstny Business Communications to provide Call Center capabilities and to surface web-based telephony on its public website. The implementation explicitly uses Dstny Business Communications on the Fci website to capture inbound contacts from donors, stakeholders and the general public.
The configuration leverages the vendor hosted telephony stack and a browser delivered agent console to support standard Call Center functional modules including inbound call routing, IVR menus, call queuing, voicemail and a web contact channel. Operational ownership is centralized within a small operations team responsible for phone number provisioning, routing rules and agent provisioning, with rollout focused on client service and donor support functions within the organization in Belgium.
