Operational coverage focused on Operations and Technology functions, with API-led connectivity enabling accelerated underwriting and loan processing workflows. The setup supported higher release cadence by decoupling product delivery from partner-specific interfaces. Governance instituted central controls, monitoring and real-time analytics to shift operations from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, predictive operations. Outcomes reported include an 80% reduction in time spent troubleshooting and resolving issues, doubled number of product releases annually, reduced processing errors and accelerated service and product delivery.
