In 2014, FEMSA implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as a Global Template full-cycle implementation to provide a unified ERP Financial backbone for its consumer packaged goods operations. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployment was positioned as the companywide financial system of record and central transactional ledger for finance functions.
The implementation concentrated on core ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial controlling, and centralized master data management for chart of accounts and cost centers. Configuration work emphasized template-driven harmonization of accounting structures, standardized period-end close workflows, and centralized financial master data to support statutory reporting and operational finance processes.
The harmonized solution used SAP CRM, ECC, C4C and Hybris, with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 serving as the integrated financial core that received transactional feeds from CRM and commerce channels. The project was executed with full-cycle design, build, test and rollout phases under a global template governance model, establishing change control and rollout sequencing across business units. Operational coverage extended across finance and related business functions such as order to cash and procure to pay which interfaced with CRM and Hybris for customer engagement and commerce orchestration.

| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014, FEMSA deployed an In-House ATS as an Applicant Tracking System on its website. The In-House ATS serves as the web-facing careers intake, implementing job posting and distribution, candidate application capture, resume parsing, and stage-based candidate tracking consistent with Applicant Tracking System functionality. The deployment is an in-house developed, web-integrated application embedded in FEMSA's corporate careers flow and designed to capture applicant lifecycle events directly from the public site.
Operational scope focuses on HR and talent acquisition workflows within FEMSA, with the In-House ATS used to centralize requisition management, candidate screening workflows, interview scheduling, and status communications. Governance was structured around recruitment process ownership in HR, with the In-House ATS acting as the primary system of record for applicant data and candidate progression. This positions FEMSA In-House ATS Applicant Tracking System as the core application for recruiting and hiring activities sourced through the corporate website.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Retail Merchandising System | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, FEMSA implemented the Oracle Retail Merchandising System within its Retail Management environment. The Oracle Retail Merchandising System was installed, configured, and maintained as RMS version 10 across 7,200 retail locations, 11 warehouses, and 55 cities in Mexico, supporting broad retail and replenishment operations.
Configuration work focused on Oracle Retail Warehouse and Replenishing Systems modules, with RMS version 10 customized for replenishment workflows and inventory orchestration. Modes RMS replenishment and Date model workflow were managed using SQR-TOAD tools during operations, reflecting structured report and batch workflow management from 2001 through 2009 and continuing into the 2010 RMS program.
Operational scope centered on supply chain and merchandising functions, with the Supply Chain Systems Manager installing supply replenishing software at multiple regional branches and conducting user training for Oracle Retail Warehouse and Replenishing Systems. The implementation was supported by a governance team that supervised four Oracle Retail Merchandising System Coordinators and 15 Business Analysts who installed and supported Oracle version 10 across stores and warehouses.
Rollout and process governance emphasized localized branch installations and role-based training to align replenishment, warehouse execution, and merchandising processes with RMS configuration. The narrative documents system architecture choices, module usage, operational coverage across Mexico, and team-level governance without asserting quantified outcomes.
