The COINS ERP deployment consolidated financial and commercial processes onto a single platform, with explicit configuration of business forecasting, project cost tracking, Procure to Pay P2P workflows and enterprise wide workflow capabilities. Implementation work focused on establishing real time project control and accurate cost capture, aligning project accounting with commercial workflows and forecasting modules to support decision making.
Operational coverage included finance, project management and commercial teams, delivering organisation wide access to consistent data rather than pulling information from multiple non integrated sources. The deployment addressed reporting and governance needs by providing a unified data model and centralized workflow orchestration to streamline approvals and financial reporting.
