The SAP S/4 HANA conversion is one of three projects initiated since 2022, and the program is described as a modernization of the company SAP IS led by the PASaPAS implementation team. The implementation included deployment of the SAP MM purchasing module on SAP S/4 HANA to centralize procurement processes and purchasing master data within the new S/4 core. Configuration work focused on standard procurement functional flows native to SAP S/4 HANA, aligning purchasing transactions and vendor master handling with the ERP Financial posture of the platform. Operational coverage targeted Filhet-Allard as a commercial insurance broker with a 1250 person workforce in France, bringing procurement and SAP IS capabilities onto the SAP S/4 HANA platform. The SAP MM purchasing module was integrated into the converted S/4 landscape to provide a unified transactional backbone for purchasing activities and to support downstream business functions that rely on purchasing data. Governance and rollout were executed as a phased program under PASaPAS, combining the technical system conversion and targeted module deployments. Filhet-Allard successfully completed the SAP S/4 HANA conversion and SAP MM deployment, achieving a modernized SAP information system while preserving the continuity of enterprise ERP Financial operations. |
