Integrations were structured to route orders and inventory updates from Salesforce Commerce and Lightspeed into NetSuite, to surface payment events from Adyen for financial posting, and to coordinate fulfillment status with the third party warehouse system while Bronto handled marketing and transactional messaging triggers. Governance emphasized cross-functional coordination between finance, ecommerce, store operations and warehouse teams, with deployment sequencing that prioritized payment, POS and warehouse interfaces to preserve transactional consistency. Processes were revised to standardize reconciliations and financial posting across integrated systems, positioning Oracle NetSuite ERP as the central financial ledger within Fiorucci’s new systems architecture.
