In 2000, Flexcon deployed IgniteTech Computron as an ERP Financial application to operationalize warehouse shipping, receiving, and transactional processing. The deployment focused on using IgniteTech Computron to manage day to day transaction capture and document generation tied to shipping and receiving workflows.
IgniteTech Computron was used to create Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments, process outgoing export shipments, and complete receivers as part of inventory transaction workflows. The system supported processing of outgoing UPS and Federal Express parcels and was the primary system for shipping documentation and receiver completion, while staff also produced Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations to drive ongoing process improvement.
Operational ownership sat with warehouse and shipping teams, with supervisors overseeing Computron transaction processing and staff taking charge in a supervisor absence to enforce workflow consistency. Business team coordination was emphasized to meet customers daily shipping requirements and to reschedule shipments at short notice, impacting logistics, customer fulfillment, and inventory control processes.

| UKG | Legacy | UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2007 | 2007 |
In 2007, Flexcon implemented UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) to centralize employee time capture across its multi-state manufacturing operations. The deployment focused on Time and Attendance controls to support both weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles and to formalize timecard management across shop floor and salaried populations.
The implementation configured core timekeeper capabilities for weekly timecard entry, supervisory approvals, audit trails, and batch submissions, with routine processes for time auditing, third party vendor payments, and payroll file preparation. UKG Workforce Central Timekeeper (ex Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) was used as the system of record for timecards, and standard functional workflows were established for time entry, exception handling, and pay period close activities.
Technically the rollout established an operational interface between the timekeeping system and Ultimate Software payroll, while Cognos reporting was used for operational and payroll analytics. The scope explicitly covered Human Resources and Accounting functions across multiple states, coordinating weekly and bi-weekly payroll runs and supporting third party vendor remittances and audit submission processes.
Governance work included procedural documentation, formalized training programs for backup payroll support, and process updates to improve handoffs between Human Resources and Accounting. The project objective was to transition manual timecard tracking into the Kronos-based timekeeping environment to provide a seamless interface between Ultimate Software payroll and recorded timecards, with documented workflows and trained personnel for ongoing operations.
