SAP SuccessFactors is implemented alongside SAP S/4 HANA to centralize workforce master data and operational HR processes, creating integrated record flows between HR and core finance and operations modules.
The implementation scope targets consolidation of multiple ERP solutions acquired through recent inorganic growth, with rollout coverage across Fluidra’s global footprint and operations in more than 47 countries. Governance and process rationalization focus on simplifying internal processes, optimizing operations and improving customer experience, preparing the organization for future growth through a unified SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial and HR landscape.

Architecturally the HR deployment is aligned with RISE with SAP as the broader program, with SAP S/4HANA Cloud running on AWS from a single location in Europe to provide a unified cloud footprint. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will run in the SAP cloud environment within that RISE context, enabling a coherent cloud architecture and data alignment with the S/4HANA Cloud financial and operational landscape.
The initiative is driven by a need to simplify operations after a period of inorganic growth, centralize governance and standardize HR processes across regions, and adopt a clean core, standard deployment approach to support future scalability.
