In 2020, Flynth deployed Kofax ReadSoft Online to support AP Automation across its creditors and accounting operations. The deployment was scoped to the Creditors Administration team within Flynth Advisors & Accountants and was used by Financial Administrative Assistants responsible for day to day invoice handling.
Kofax ReadSoft Online was configured to provide invoice validation and OCR capture, to support coding and booking of supplier invoices, and to manage accounts payable workflows including processing payment reminders. Operational activities documented for 2020 include validating invoices in Readsoft, coding and booking invoices, and managing creditor communications by mail, telephone and post.
The implementation was delivered with vendor Tungsten Automation and governed inside the finance function, with role level responsibilities assigned to Financial Administrative Assistants in Creditors Administration. Governance centered on centralized invoice validation, structured workflow handoffs to accounting for booking, and routine operational procedures for creditor correspondence and payment follow up.

In 2012, Flynth implemented DNN Evoq Content. Flynth deployed DNN Evoq Content from DotNetNuke as its Web Content Management platform to support the corporate website and external digital presence, linking the application to marketing and corporate communications functions.
The implementation centered on core Web Content Management capabilities such as content authoring, template-driven page management, scheduled publishing workflows, role-based access control, and multilingual content support. The deployment used DotNetNuke’s .NET-based platform architecture to host the public site and to provide editorial teams with template and permission configurations, while governance was organized around editorial roles and publishing approvals to standardize content lifecycle and workflow orchestration.

Configuration and governance centered on sampling controls, consent management and data retention settings to meet privacy requirements. Operational ownership rested with the web and marketing functions, which managed Hotjar configuration, survey flows and replay review processes to maintain data quality. Flynth Hotjar Customer Experience is positioned to support the companys website analytics and UX research activities.
