Ivanti Legacy Ivanti Neurons for HR HR Service Delivery HCM Service Dynamics 2021 2021
In 2021, Foodstuffs implemented Ivanti Neurons for HR. The deployment extended Ivanti Neurons through an Ivanti Service Management program that included a migration from Cherwell, delivered by Service Dynamics, to address HR Service Delivery use cases in New Zealand. This implementation targeted employee lifecycle and case management workflows across HR and facilities functions at Foodstuffs. Module-level configuration centered on HR case management and onboarding, with Ivanti Neurons for HR configured to automate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and to manage HR case intake, triage, assignment and resolution. Automation logic and workflow orchestration were applied to approvals, task assignments and people-data validation to support HR and facilities process automation. Operational scope covered HR, IT and facilities teams, with the Ivanti Neurons for HR application serving as the primary HR Service Delivery platform for employee lifecycle requests across Foodstuffs in New Zealand. The implementation leveraged the Ivanti Service Management platform to consolidate case records and runbook automation, while the migration from Cherwell centralized service records into the Ivanti environment. Service Dynamics led the rollout, providing partner led configuration, documentation and a phased cutover to the Ivanti Neurons for HR environment. Outcomes documented in the partner case study include a reduction in service request cost-to-serve of approximately 25 percent, and improved people-data accuracy and automation across IT, HR and facilities.

Quickbase Legacy Quickbase Workflow management Business Process Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Foodstuffs implemented Quickbase Workflow management to build a centralized property-portfolio and project workflow ecosystem across Foodstuffs New Zealand. The deployment addressed Business Process Management for property and project delivery, consolidating tracking of capital projects, budgets, contractors and regional reporting into a single application. Implementation centered on a single Quickbase Workflow management application functioning as a project portfolio and workflow management platform, configured with modules for project intake, budget tracking, contractor management, milestone workflows and bespoke reporting. Automation of approvals and status updates reduced manual handoffs and increased visibility for regional teams while standardizing project data models. Operational scope covered more than 800 projects across the national property portfolio, with property, facilities and project delivery teams using the application. Custom reports and regional dashboards were embedded to align governance with local delivery teams while maintaining centralized portfolio oversight and program level visibility. Governance shifted toward centralized process orchestration within Quickbase Workflow management, with standardized workflows, role based access controls and report driven review cadences supporting rollout. The Quickbase implementation improved visibility and delivered projects 5 to 8 percent under initial budget while roughly halving project delays.
