SAP SAP ERP ECC 6.0 SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial ERP n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, Franke group initiated SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial program. At the end of January, the project held a kick-off event at the company headquarters in Aarburg with 150 participants, and CEO Patrik Wohlhauser delivered a morning keynote to the cohort. The program will replace the existing SAP ERP ECC 6.0, beginning with a technical conversion of Franke's existing SAP systems to SAP S/4 HANA and then progressing toward what the company terms the New Digital Core. The implementation emphasis for the ERP Financial category is on establishing the S/4 HANA financial core, including core financial accounting, general ledger consolidation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial close orchestration, delivered through the standard technical conversion and configuration phases of an S/4 HANA migration. The kick-off also included a business simulation game using a real ERP system to exercise end-to-end finance and operational transactions, supporting process validation and user readiness. Project staffing includes Franke project teams working alongside colleagues from SAP, and the rollout is framed as a two-phase journey from technical conversion to broader New Digital Core process and governance adoption.

SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Franke group implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits as a core Benefits Administration capability for its global HR landscape. The deployment focused on centralizing benefits configuration and lifecycle management to support the manufacturer’s corporate HR and compensation functions across its international operations. The implementation configured functional components common to Benefits Administration, including benefits plan management, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and a consolidated benefits data model to support open enrollment and life event processing. Reporting and analytics capabilities were established to surface compensation and benefits data for the Global Compensation and Benefits Team, aligning the application with standard benefits recordkeeping and operational workflows. Operational coverage explicitly included support for the Global Compensation and Benefits Team, with a staffing model described in-source that notes a role will support Global Compensation and Benefits until mid 2022, then be split into 60 percent HR Systems and Reporting and 40 percent Compensation topics. Governance was organized around centralized benefits data stewardship and cross-functional workflow ownership between HR systems and compensation management, positioning SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits to serve compensation and HR systems reporting needs within Franke group.

PriceEdge Legacy Priceedge Price Price Optimization ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Franke group implemented Priceedge Price to create a single, value-based pricing approach for spare parts across its Europe and global operations. The engagement targeted aftermarket parts and associated commercial pricing processes for the global kitchen-systems manufacturer, centralizing price decision making and harmonizing market approaches.
