The implementation emphasized consistent yet personalized HR services and support for talent management and development workflows, aligning core HR record keeping with role specific career development and job level requirements.
The deployment used a cloud based architecture to provision HR services for corporate HR, managers, and local HR teams across Fraport locations including Frankfurt. The program was positioned to give HR and managers consolidated workforce insights through the unified employee record in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, improving visibility for people planning and development processes.
Governance and process change focused on standardizing HR processes and transforming the workforce experience, with policies and manager workflows updated to leverage the new Core HR platform.
