The deployment supported product, sales and project configuration for order-entry, quotation and order generation across Fri-Jado's global distribution network, with a primary deployment in the Netherlands and additional markets. Sofon Order Management was configured to act as a product configurator, sales configurator and project configurator, with quotation generation and automated order creation capabilities. Configuration rules and validation logic enforced correct product options and production-ready order data during quote and order entry, reducing manual variant errors in quotations and production. Operational coverage included sales, order management and production workflows and supported dealers and distribution channels across the Netherlands and other markets. The solution standardized quotation outputs and order documents to align sales configuration with manufacturing inputs and downstream order processing. Governance centralized product configuration and standardized quoting processes to shorten sales training time and accelerate order processing according to vendor and customer references. The implementation reduced errors in quotations and production and sped up order processing, with rollout focused on the primary Netherlands deployment and propagation to other markets.
