Creysto CRM is a CRM solution that was tailored by Creysto to introduce CRM process automation and improve operational trackability for customer-facing teams.
The implementation centered on sales and service workflows, with configuration of sales pipeline management, lead and contact tracking, and customer service tracking to reduce manual intervention. Creysto CRM was configured to capture activity histories and automate routine handoffs and status updates, aligning recordkeeping and task orchestration with retail lending and NBFC customer processes.
