StayNTouch Cloud PMS includes remote key encoding, secure credit card swipe with point to point encryption, real time updates to room status and line busting capability designed to enable staff flexibility and minimal training. The platform was deployed as a plug in to the hotel’s existing property management system and is white labeled so guest actions are reflected in the PMS in real time, enabling mobile guest check in and check out workflows, push notifications for departing guests, folio email delivery and staffless key fulfillment via a key dispenser. Operational coverage focused on front office, guest services and housekeeping at the single Galleria Park Hotel site in San Francisco, with pre arrival reservation review, upgrade offers and upsell opportunities surfaced through the Zest Web mobile experience. Rollout emphasized workflow restructuring for front desk and housekeeping by instrumenting mobile devices and centralizing guest initiated actions into the Stayntouch Hotel PMS platform. Explicit outcomes noted in the implementation include expedited arrival and checkout processes, the ability for guests to review bills and request folios by email, promotion and monetization of late checkouts, and increased flexibility for staff.
