The deployment targeted practice-level and individual dentist listings across the organization, providing a single dashboard for ongoing operational control. The implementation configured core capabilities to claim online listings across three major search engines and more than 70 online directories, suppress inaccurate listings, and correct listing attributes including practice and dentist names, addresses for all locations, phone numbers, hours of operation, photos where applicable, social media links where applicable, and links to the practice website. PatientPoint Locate Ultimate also established individual survey and reviews programs for each location and dentist, aggregated reviews and Google QandAs for centralized response, and provided email notifications for new online reviews. Operational coverage was organized by location and by dentist, enabling listing governance and review workflows to be scoped at the practice and provider level. The solution surfaces content analysis of reviews to identify commonly used words and topics, and includes search engine results page tracking to show where and how the practice appears in SERP relative to competitors, supporting marketing and patient experience functions. Governance and day to day processes were centralized onto the PatientPoint Locate dashboard, which became the control point for claiming and correcting listings, routing review alerts, and coordinating review response and survey workflows. The configuration emphasizes continuous listing suppression and monitoring, and embeds operational alerts and content analytics into practice-level review and reputation management routines. |
