Governance and process controls were formalized as part of the implementation, with documented wire procedures and policy books, strict verification checkpoints for outgoing instructions, documented internal and customer approvals, and daily and quarterly incoming and outgoing wire reporting. Operational responsibilities extended to front-line staff support, coordination with trade finance for letter of credit processing, and continuity testing including annual disaster tests for SWIFT and Fedline systems.
