In 2021, GCC implemented RFgen Fixed Asset as part of a broader Enterprise Asset Management program tied to its SAP S/4HANA migration. The RFgen Fixed Asset deployment was aligned with an existing RFgen Mobile Foundations rollout, and it was positioned to extend mobile transaction capture and asset tracking into the maintenance and materials domain.
The implementation focused on fixed-asset tracking alongside maintenance and MRO inventory control, with configuration centered on spare parts inventory, mobile barcode-driven transaction capture, location recording, and materials management workflows. RFgen Fixed Asset was configured to support warehouse transactions and asset tagging processes that are consistent with Enterprise Asset Management functional patterns.
Integration work explicitly connected the RFgen implementations to SAP S/4HANA, enabling transaction-level synchronization between mobile warehouse operations and core ERP master data. Operational scope covered maintenance, MRO, and materials management across Mexico and North America, with the solution applied at warehouse and maintenance operation touchpoints.
Governance and rollout were executed within the same program governance used for RFgen Mobile Foundations, bringing fixed-asset tracking into standardized MRO workflows. The RFgen Mobile Foundations deployment achieved approximately 95% automation of warehouse transactions and reduced safety stock, and the RFgen Fixed Asset component was incorporated into those operational processes to consolidate asset and spare-parts control under the Enterprise Asset Management initiative.

In 2018, GCC implemented Adobe Connect as an Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution on their website. GCC implemented Adobe Connect to provide web-based meetings and webinar delivery directly from its corporate site, enabling hosted virtual sessions for external audiences and internal collaboration workflows.
The Adobe Connect implementation includes typical Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities such as persistent virtual meeting rooms, scheduled webinar functionality with registration, content pods for slides and multimedia, screen sharing, recording and on demand playback, attendee management, and breakout room features. Adobe Connect is used to host synchronous presentations, recorded training, and customer-facing webinars through GCCs web presence.
The deployment is surfaced through GCCs website, embedding Adobe Connect sessions for customer engagement and corporate communications. No other system integrations were specified in the source, and governance is centered on host and presenter role configurations, meeting access controls, and content management for recorded sessions and web delivered events.

In 2020, GCC implemented Algolia Search on its public website to provide site search and product discovery capabilities. GCC deployed Algolia Search as the customer-facing search layer within its web presence, aligning the implementation with the Application, Web and Enterprise Search category to improve content retrieval and user navigation on gcc.com.
The implementation focused on indexing website content and exposing standard web search capabilities such as instant search, autocomplete, faceting, typographical tolerance, relevance tuning, and search analytics. Algolia Search was configured to ingest content feeds and to surface results through the website front-end, supporting personalized query handling and automated index refresh workflows consistent with Application, Web and Enterprise Search patterns.
Operational ownership was placed within digital experience and e-commerce oriented functions, with governance centered on relevance tuning processes, index update schedules, and monitoring via search logs and analytics. The implementation scope is explicitly the GCC website, and Algolia Search is used to support customer-facing search, merchandising, and navigation workflows without reference to an external implementation partner.
