| SAP | SAP R/3 | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Geberit implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial system. The deployment was completed across the Group at the end of November 2022 and represents one of the largest IT projects in the company history, replacing SAP R/3 and establishing a unified, modular ERP platform for core transactional processes.
The SAP S/4 HANA implementation covers Finance, Purchasing, Production and Logistics modules, with these functional areas relying on the software for communication, production and exchanging data. Configuration focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger processing, accounts payable and receivable, procurement to pay flows, production planning data exchange and logistics orchestration. Consolidation of master data and automation of transactional workflows were central elements of the configuration and cutover approach.
The rollout was executed as a group scale deployment that centralized transactional processing across Geberit sites, and integrations were implemented to connect production and logistics execution processes with the SAP S/4 HANA core. IT security and business continuity were explicit governance priorities, with extensive defensive measures against cyberthreats and regular input from external specialists to validate controls. Ongoing security assessments are integrated into operations to assess newly emerging risks.
The SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial platform now underpins Finance, Purchasing, Production and Logistics business functions across the Group, and the company reports the rollout as successfully completed in November 2022. Recent security checks confirmed a good level of security and Geberit states its IT posture is comparable to industrial companies of similar size and complexity.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Geberit implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as a targeted Compensation Management deployment within its broader SuccessFactors program. The rollout formed part of an enterprise HR modernization effort at the Swiss manufacturing firm, covering global HR, managers, and employees across group, country, and company reporting levels.
The implementation used SAP SuccessFactors Compensation alongside SuccessFactors modules for Performance & Goal Management and Succession Planning to align pay programs with talent and performance workflows. Configuration focused on standardized compensation cycles, approval workflows, manager-driven salary and variable pay processes, and automation of compensation routing and signoffs to hand responsibility to managers and employees where appropriate.
The solution was integrated with SuccessFactors Employee Central for authoritative employee master data and with SuccessFactors Analytics to provide HR dashboards and standardized figures on group, country, and company levels. Operational coverage included global HR and IT teams collaborating on configuration, and managers across countries using the compensation module in tandem with performance and succession data to support pay decisions.
Governance and rollout were led by a global HR and IT project team over a one and a half year implementation phase, with formal change management and end user training using SAP Enable Now. The program standardized several HR processes, leaned the performance-to-pay workflow, and established daily actualized HR reporting through SuccessFactors Analytics, while embedding approval workflows and manager self-service for compensation actions.

In 2016 Geberit implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The deployment is referenced on Geberit's website and centered on core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams to provide email, content management, file synchronization and real time collaboration across knowledge workers. The Microsoft 365 tenant was provisioned as a cloud SaaS collaboration environment with identity and access controls aligned to the Microsoft identity platform to support single sign on and centralized user management.
Configuration work emphasized information architecture and SharePoint site taxonomy, mail routing and endpoint provisioning to enable unified communications and document lifecycle workflows. Governance leveraged tenant level policy controls, role based access and built in data protection capabilities to support compliance and controlled content sharing. Microsoft 365 serves as the Collaboration backbone for Geberit, with implementation artifacts and references visible on the company website.
