TeamSystem Gamma ERP was used as the ERP Financial platform to centralize transactional and operational data across production and engineering workflows. The implementation concentrated on work cycle management, supporting the definition and optimization of operational sequences and assembly and processing phases for semi-finished injection molded housings, thermoformed panels, assembly assemblies, painting and gluing processes, and lamination processes including vacuum bagging and autoclave workflows. TeamSystem Gamma ERP was used to maintain and update technical specifications and project drawings, and to operationalize production process optimization activities through structured production records and procedural configuration. Operationally the environment included constant use of CATIA V5, SolidWorks, and ThinkDesign for viewing and reviewing 2D drawings and 3D models, with TeamSystem Gamma ERP serving to manage the associated production and specification records that drive shop floor execution. The deployment impacted production, engineering and quality functions, and provided a single ERP Financial application layer to align specification updates, work cycle sequencing, and production documentation within Geven’s manufacturing operations.
