The implementation also encompassed a training programme for AOS users, day to day system administration, monitoring and escalation of system issues to the IT team, and configuration changes to accommodate airport growth and special events. The Lockheed Martin Chroma Airport Suite was integrated operationally with the F24 emergency messaging and alert system and with Qlikview for reporting, providing inputs and outputs to Qlikview dashboards used for capacity analysis and external special capacity project work. Operational scope extended to Operational Management, capacity planning, maintenance coordination and contributors to the Continuous Improvement Governance Board. Governance and process reshaping were embedded in the rollout through administration of the Continuous Improvement Governance Board, user policy management and facilitation of workshops to analyse process performance and identify waste and improvement opportunities. System owners provided data and context for capacity and operational improvement discussions and led evaluation of solution effectiveness and sustainability.
