| UNIT4 | Legacy | Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2016 | In 2015, Goodpack deployed Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management to centralize absence workflows and administrator controls within its Prosoft HR portal. The Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management implementation served as the Absence and Leave Management component supporting HR Operations and leave administration across the organization. Configurations focused on standard absence management capabilities including leave request submission, multi level approval routing, accrual and entitlement rules, and policy configuration to reflect different staff groups and compensation structures. Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management was configured alongside Prosoft portal modules and operated as the key administrator interface for eLeave, while coexisting with eClaim and eAppraisal modules for a unified HR portal experience. Operational coverage tied the leave management deployment into broader HR processes, supporting Payroll Administration activities that verified payroll for 20 subsidiaries across Asia Pacific, Americas and EMEA, and feeding into Management Reporting for annual manpower budgeting and staff cost tracking. Goodpack Unit4 Prosoft Leave Management Absence and Leave Management supported HR Operations, Payroll Administration and Management Reporting functions including headcount, attrition and staff cost analysis. Governance centered on HR administrators who managed permissions, audit documentation and compliance tasks, including maintenance of personnel files, preparation of employment contracts, on boarding activities and statutory submissions such as yearly IR8E. The implementation emphasized procedural controls for leave approvals and coordination with payroll verification and manpower budgeting workflows to maintain audit readiness and consistent HR operational processes. | |

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Planning Analytics with Watson | EPM | EPM | PMsquare | 2019 | 2019 | In 2019, Goodpack implemented IBM Planning Analytics with Watson to consolidate management financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting into a single EPM solution. The cloud deployment used IBM Planning Analytics powered by TM1 technology and included Planning Analytics Workspace and the Planning Analytics for Excel client, delivered by IBM Platinum Business Partner PMsquare to accelerate time to value. The implementation focused on core EPM capabilities for management financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling. Functional modules and capabilities configured included detailed revenue reporting at the customer and trade lane level, consolidated management and legal profit and loss and balance sheet reporting, exchange rate modeling and quarterly forecasting at budget detail. Automation was applied to group management result production and to the collation of budget and forecast inputs to reduce manual adjustments and error prone Excel processes. Operational coverage centered on the finance organization, the Shared Services Center and Goodpack headquarters in Singapore with distribution of standardized reports to country offices worldwide. The project removed prior manual extraction and transformation steps that relied on SAP Business Planning and Consolidation exports to Excel, enabling consolidated reporting and analysis directly within IBM Planning Analytics and streamlining the distribution workflow via standardized PowerPoint decks populated from Planning Analytics for Excel. Governance and rollout followed a rapid six week delivery cadence beginning late 2018 and completing substantive budgeting capabilities by mid February 2019, with live budgeting processes starting in March 2019. Outcomes explicitly reported include the ability to produce management financial results by the fifth day, a reduction of 24 staff hours per month on data extraction and manual adjustments, a reduction of 108 hours per quarter for budget collation, savings of four staff hours per month through self service query handling, and a reduction in monthly management report preparation from days to a few hours. |
