The technical architecture combined the transportation visibility stream with internal SQL based data pipelines and Excel driven operational workbooks. Overhaul Platform data was operationalized into Power Bi reports and Excel workbooks that support production scheduling, labor cost tracking, and shipping management. The company also reinvented its Kanbantool webapp implementation to improve real-time production planning and information dispersal, and developed a mid sized Access database to remove repetitive data gathering for more than a dozen coworkers. Governance and process work emphasized standardization and automation, using MS Forms with Power Automate to standardize workflows for Direct to Store shipping requests and non conforming material handling. The implementation explicitly removed repetitive manual query work through automated reporting and reduced manual data consolidation via the Access database. IT assistant activities supported the rollout by reformatting and deploying Windows workstations and managing IT asset inventory so users could access Overhaul Platform driven dashboards and automated workflows.
