Configuration and quality governance included extensive test automation managed by Groupe IMA consultants, who executed more than 15 automated test campaigns with over 500 scripts across 15 plus applications. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 is explicitly referenced in test artifacts as ECC (comptabilité) and was validated alongside Salesforce, Yousign, IMANET, Nomad, Higgins, Orizon, SELF and ERescue, with clients and interfaces exercised across Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge and Electron. These test-driven integrations reflect ECC 6.0 touchpoints with CRM, electronic signature flows and specialized assistance provider systems used by Macif for claims and service orchestration. The technical scope included payroll configuration and DSN Declaration as core functional modules, together with team management capabilities and supply of General and Detailed Functional Specifications of the information system. Configuration work emphasized payroll parameterization, statutory declaration flows, and the functional design artifacts required to operationalize those modules in Sopra HR 4YOU (ex HR Access).
Operational coverage targeted HR administration and payroll teams, with DSN Declaration functionality configured to support statutory social reporting workflows. Integrations concentrated on payroll processing outputs and the DSN declaration channel, aligning payroll configuration with personnel records and team management processes within the Core HR application.
Governance and rollout were driven by MOE studies, detailed design, and the delivery of General and Detailed Functional Specifications, which defined acceptance criteria and handover artifacts for operational teams. The implementation narrative centers on structured systems design, payroll compliance configuration, and centralized functional specifications to govern the Sopra HR 4YOU (ex HR Access) deployment.
