The implementation encompassed core financial and administrative modules, including payroll processing, procure to pay workflows, and broader financial services configurations. Project work also addressed sector-specific capabilities such as property tax calculation, Police Services electronic paystubs and T4s, and T4 retro-active adjustment handling, while parallel SuccessFactors workstreams covered recruitment management, recruiting marketing and a learning management system instance refresh.
Integrations and operational coverage were organized around HR, Payroll, Procure to Pay, Financial Services, Public Works and Police Services stakeholders, and included a data center migration component for underlying hosting. Implementation activities documented in the program included system design and testing, user acceptance testing, cut-over coordination and production rollout for SAP S/4 HANA, along with integration touchpoints to SuccessFactors and existing procurement tooling such as eBid phases.
