In 2004, Hi-P International implemented SAP R/3 4.6C Enterprise Resource Planning system across 10 manufacturing plants. The SAP R/3 implementation served as Hi-P International's ERP Financial platform, consolidating transactional finance processes and aligning financial controls with manufacturing operations.
SAP R/3 4.6C was configured to support standard ERP Financial capabilities, including Financial Accounting and Controlling, materials management and inventory control, and production planning workflows typical of an integrated ERP Financial deployment. The implementation emphasized order-to-cash and procure-to-pay process flows and master data harmonization to reduce transactional variability across sites.
The project was executed with NCS Group as the systems integrator, and the rollout targeted the companys manufacturing footprint of 10 plants, bringing consistent transactional processing and chart of accounts across plant operations. Operational scope focused on finance, procurement, inventory and production functions within manufacturing sites to create a common operational ledger and control framework.
Governance and process workstreams centered on standardizing procedures, establishing common master data governance, and instituting sustained continuous improvement in systems and procedures to maximize productivity across the company. The program was reported as successfully implemented, establishing SAP R/3 as the central ERP Financial backbone for Hi-P International's manufacturing operations.

In 2011 Hi-P International implemented Times HRIS as its Core HR system, establishing Times HRIS and the Times Software HR module as the central platform for employee master data and management reporting. The deployment focused on centralized personnel records and administrative workflows to support HR operations across the company.
Configured functional modules in Times HRIS included employee master data management, compensation administration used for salary benchmark activities, performance management to administer bonuses and increments, and reporting for management and Ministry of Manpower surveys. The implementation also encompassed leave administration, medical insurance management, and work injury compensation processing, reflecting typical Core HR capabilities for benefits and absence management.
Operational coverage included end to end employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, and processing foreign work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and appeals as part of compliance workflows. The system was used to execute management reports and MOM surveys, aligning HR operational processes with statutory reporting requirements.
Governance was retained within HR with the Timesoft HR module used to manage day to day HR administration and compensation actions. Explicit outcomes recorded in the implementation included delivery of salary benchmarking, administration of performance bonuses and increments, and ongoing maintenance of accurate employee records through Times HRIS.
