Operational scope focused on finance, procurement, inventory and production functions within manufacturing sites to create a common operational ledger and control framework. Governance and process workstreams centered on standardizing procedures, establishing common master data governance, and instituting sustained continuous improvement in systems and procedures to maximize productivity across the company. The program was reported as successfully implemented, establishing SAP R/3 as the central ERP Financial backbone for Hi-P International's manufacturing operations.
