| LogOn Business Systems | Legacy | LogOn ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2016 | 2016 | In 2016, HMS Production implemented LogOn ERP as an ERP Financial solution to support manufacturing and supply chain operations for global retail knitwear and woven goods production of approximately $150 million. The LogOn ERP deployment targeted financial control, inventory valuation, and order-to-cash workflows alongside manufacturing cost of goods sold tracking. The implementation encompassed Production Lifecycle Management, Warehouse Management and 3PL coordination, and core ERP financial modules, with configuration and automation of inventory, bill of materials, and production routing workflows. Development and customization work used 4D for PLM and LogOn components for WMS and ERP, with Informix and SQL supporting transactional and reporting stores, and application logic authored in PHP, JavaScript, Node.js and React. Operationally the solution was hosted and extended using AWS infrastructure and API Management to surface services across supply chain, warehouse, production planning and finance teams, enabling system-to-system connectivity for 3PL partners and internal planning tools. Coverage included the supply chain organization and production sites responsible for global manufacturing, with LogOn ERP serving as the financial and operational system of record for inventory and COGs. Governance and rollout employed an agile workflow with direct C-suite and department head engagement, with the lead contributor allocating 70% of time to hands-on software development and 30% to managerial initiatives. The program delivered documentation, standard operating procedures and training to support adoption, and the team collaborated to develop, monitor and improve forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency while mitigating documented efficiency issues. |
