Operational coverage focused on Accounts Payable and Finance functions across HMSHost sites, standardizing invoice receipt, exception handling, and approval routing across airport and travel plaza locations.
Governance and process changes included vendor self-service through the portal, automated routing rules for non PO invoice approvals, and centralized coding rules to reduce manual intervention.
