Project scope included systems integration work to connect the DIS Minitrac DMS to existing operational data sources and site systems, and configuration of inventory control, pricing, and service scheduling capabilities consistent with DIS product functionality. Rollout incorporated on-site training across United States locations and process standardization to align parts, service and accounting teams on common workflows and governance for transaction handling and reporting. According to the DIS case story, the deployment produced improved KPIs and simplified downstream integrations.
