Eploy Legacy Eploy Applicant Tracking System Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management HCM n/a 2018 2019
In 2018 Horwich Farrelly deployed the Eploy Applicant Tracking System to support a stepped-up recruitment drive across its six offices nationwide. The cloud-based, web-integrated Eploy Applicant Tracking System was embedded into the firm’s careers portal as an Applicant Tracking System,Candidate Relationship Management solution to manage recruitment from vacancy advertising through to offer management. The implementation configured core recruitment modules to handle vacancy posting, candidate application capture, shortlisting, interview scheduling and offer workflows. Job search functionality was enhanced with keyword and location filtering, candidates can create online profiles and save or resume applications, and social network profile import from LinkedIn and Facebook was enabled to accelerate candidate onboarding. The solution automated initial application gathering and candidate communications, and shortlisting and interview processes were run through the ATS. Architecturally the programme was delivered as a web-based, cloud-hosted module integrated seamlessly into the existing careers site, with email communications orchestrated from the platform. Operational ownership was centered on recruitment teams and hiring managers within the firm, effectively creating an in-house recruitment agency model for talent acquisition. Outcomes described by the firm included reduced administrative burden, faster hiring cycles, and an improved online candidate experience, including the ability to alert past applicants to new vacancies.
