The implementation supported routine activities described by finance staff, including bank cashing and preparation of the general cashier reconciliation, processing outstanding customer receipts such as reopened, refund, and void receipts, and weekly reconciliation of supplier invoices with bank statements.
Integrations were implemented between Epicor iScala and the hotel operating systems Opera and InfoGenesis to reconcile income and align posted revenue across systems.
