| Workday | Legacy | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, iHeartMedia implemented Workday HCM as its enterprise Core HR system to centralize employee records and standardize workforce administration across its organization. The deployment established Workday HCM as the single system of record for Core HR, consolidating organizational data and enabling consistent role and position management across business units.
Configuration efforts focused on core HR data model and workforce administration capabilities, including employee profile management, organizational management, position and job structures, and workforce transactions. Workday HCM was configured to support talent management and absence and time tracking workflows typical of the application class, with business process automation for onboarding, transfers, and approvals aligned to HR and manager self-service patterns.
The implementation used the cloud native Workday architecture to centralize HR data and provide role based access for HR teams, managers, and employees. Operational scope emphasized People Operations, HR administration, talent acquisition handoffs, payroll input readiness, and compensation administration workflows, aligning functional processes to the new Core HR platform.
Governance activity centered on establishing standardized HR processes and data governance to maintain a single source of truth in Workday HCM, and to transition common HR workflows into the application framework. Change efforts emphasized adoption of self service workflows and formalized approval routing to reduce process variance across departments.

| Quadient | Legacy | Quadient Neopost IS-6000 | Mailing System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, iHeartMedia deployed the Quadient Neopost IS-6000 as its central mailing appliance. The Quadient Neopost IS-6000 Mailing System was used to manage all incoming mail and distribution, including authorization of all package deliveries, and to process outgoing mail for the organization.
The implementation centered on standard Mailing System capabilities, configured to provide postage metering and automated franking, mailpiece sorting and job batching, integrated weighing and data capture, and account-code reporting for departmental chargeback. Quadient Neopost IS-6000 was operated as the primary device for mail preparation, postage evidencing, and operational tracking of outgoing mail items.
Operational ownership rested with the corporate mailroom team, which handled incoming mail intake, internal distribution routing, and the authorization workflow for package receipts before releasing items to recipients. iHeartMedia Quadient Neopost IS-6000 Mailing System therefore supported end-to-end mailroom operations and formalized package authorization controls within the company’s mail handling processes.
