The Workday Compensation implementation emphasized configuration of compensation review processes, functionality releases, and monitoring capabilities. Workday Compensation was configured to enable the yearly compensation review campaign, provide tooling to monitor campaign progress and data quality, and support iterative delivery of agreed new functionalities through design and testing cycles.
Operational coverage centered on the HR community and the HR Compensation Process owner, with the Workday Compensation Specialist role providing day to day support for the Global Workday Application. The specialist responsibilities included providing assistance to HR end users, supporting the HR community in designing and testing functionalities, improving tools to monitor the Compensation Review campaign and the corresponding data quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of the Workday support services.
Governance and rollout activities included support to the Workday Training Manager and the HR Compensation Process owner in designing training materials, and delivering training sessions to the HR community in English and other languages. The implementation established a service oriented support model for Workday Compensation, combining functional support, training delivery, and incremental configuration to maintain campaign readiness and data integrity.

In 2019, Imerys deployed SAP Concur Travel across multiple European markets. The SAP Concur Travel implementation established a centralized Travel Management capability that covered France, Spain, England, Denmark, Italy, Germany and Greece and set a consistent foundation for continentwide policy alignment.
The project focused on the SAP Concur Travel module, with scoping workshops conducted to define booking and travel policy configuration, approval workflows and user experience requirements. The rollout included planning for integration of purchasing cards and lodged cards as part of the SAP Concur ecosystem, aligning card-based payment methods with travel booking and expense workflows.
Technical workstreams designed SAP Concur inbound and outbound interfaces targeting HR and ERP systems to support user provisioning, cost center mapping and posting of travel-related transactions. The implementation included specification of data mappings and interface touchpoints for employee master data and financial ledger integration, positioning SAP Concur Travel to exchange traveler, booking and transaction data with enterprise systems.
Governance and operational design centralized support by organizing and transferring SAP Concur support activities to a Shared Services Center. Scoping outputs were used to define operational runbooks, support handover processes and country-level rollout sequencing for the Travel Management program.
