Configuration and functional design focused on Finance, Projects, Sales and HR modules, with senior IFS Solutions Analyst resources providing financial and technical expertise to configure general ledger processes, project accounting controls, order to cash workflows and core HR records. The implementation followed ERP Financial category workflows for multi entity financial processes and project cost tracking while aligning module configuration with corporate accounting policies.
Integrations included bank interfaces to WellsFargo and BAML for cash management and payments, together with other interfacing projects to connect IFS ERP to operational systems used by business units. Operational coverage extended to finance teams and key users at 16 sites in EMEA, APAC and the Americas, establishing a consistent transactional and reporting footprint for global finance operations.
Governance was led by a Finance Lead and senior IFS Solutions Analyst roles, with frequent collaboration with key users and finance teams to drive necessary global changes and site level rollouts.
