In 2017, INI Machining implemented Pyramid Time Systems TimeTrax Elite. The deployment addressed Time Clock (Hardware) workflows for attendance capture and payroll support at the 30 employee East Moline, Illinois site in the United States.
Pyramid Time Systems TimeTrax Elite served as the central time and attendance application, paired with on site time clock hardware terminals to capture employee punches. Core functional capabilities implemented included punch capture, timecard generation, attendance reporting, and exportable payroll data sets used to assemble weekly payroll inputs.
Operational ownership rested with Management and Human Resources, where weekly payroll was processed in QuickBooks and monthly bank reconciliations were performed, with attendance records from Pyramid TimeTrax Elite used to support those payroll runs. HR integrated system reports into onboarding and policy governance activities, including facilitation of employee meetings and the creation of an updated employee handbook to standardize timekeeping and attendance review processes.
